How do I create an account?

Download the I AM AN AI app from the App Store or Google Play, then tap 'Sign Up' and follow the prompts to create your account using your email address.

What types of videos can I analyze?

You can analyze any activity where you want professional feedback - golf swings, weight training form, soccer techniques, yoga poses, dance moves, knitting techniques, and much more. Our AI adapts to various professional domains.

How do I upload a video for analysis?

Open the app, tap the '+' button, then either record a new video or select one from your gallery. Choose the type of professional feedback you want, and submit for analysis.

Free Trial & Subscriptions

How many free analyses do I get?

Every new user gets 3 free video analyses to try out the service. After that, you'll need to subscribe to continue using the app.

What subscription plans are available?

We offer three tiers: Starter (30 analyses/month), Pro (120 analyses/month), and Unlimited. All plans include access to all professional AI coaches and analysis types.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Can I restore my subscription on a new device?

Yes! Simply sign in to your account on the new device and tap 'Restore Purchases' in the settings. Your subscription is tied to your App Store or Google Play account.

Video Analysis

How long does analysis take?

Most analyses complete within 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on video length and complexity. You'll receive a notification when your analysis is ready.

What video formats are supported?

We support most common video formats including MP4, MOV, and AVI. Videos should be under 5 minutes for optimal analysis.

Can I re-analyze the same video with a different coach?

Yes! You can submit the same video for analysis by different AI professionals. Each analysis counts toward your monthly quota.

How accurate is the AI feedback?

Our AI is trained on professional techniques and provides helpful insights for improvement. However, it's designed for educational and entertainment purposes - for professional training, always consult with a certified human coach.

Account & Privacy

How is my data protected?

We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your videos are stored securely and are never shared with third parties without your consent.

Can I delete my videos?

Yes, you can delete individual analyses from your history at any time. You can also request complete account deletion through the app settings.

How do I reset my password?

Tap 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in screen, enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes! Sign in with the same account on any device. Your subscription sync automatically across all your devices, but your analysis history is saved locally and will not sync.

Can I delete my account and all my data from your system?

Yes, you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data. Follow the instructions at https://www.iaman.ai/delete-account to submit your deletion request.

Troubleshooting

My video won't upload. What should I do?

Check your internet connection and ensure the video is under 5 minutes. Try compressing the video or recording at a lower resolution. If issues persist, restart the app.

The analysis seems stuck. What should I do?

Analyses occasionally take longer during peak times. If it's been more than 5 minutes, try closing and reopening the app. The analysis will resume automatically.

I'm not receiving email notifications.

Check your spam folder and ensure notifications are enabled in the app settings. Add noreply@iaman.ai to your contacts to ensure delivery.

The app crashes when I open it.

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Your account data will be preserved.
